SMALL BUSINESS RETURN POLICY  

for Alpacas of Sunshine Farm

 Thanks for shopping at Alpacas of Sunshine Farm, Fiber & Clothing Store.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your clothing purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

    We will gladly accept returns, for exchange or store credit, items in new condition, unworn and unwashed, unaltered and free of damage by the customer.  For an exchange or store credit, you must mail out your item within 14 days from the date of original purchase.  Items returned must still have original tags attached and be in their original packaging.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase with it (showing purchase date).

     Include with your returned item the following :  

  • Reason for return

  • Full name

  • Address

  • Phone number  

  • Email address

  • Proof of purchase

Exchanges

    Product is not always available, meaning exchanges for different sizes are not always available and a store credit will need to be initiated instead (return policy above).  Before returning an item for an exchange, contact us to see what is available (570-465-3360).

Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email or phone on the status of your returned item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit.

No refunds or exchanges will be given for a product with a cost of $50.00 or less.

No refunds or exchanges will be given for a product marked “All Sales are Final”   (or similar).

All sales are ALWAYS FINAL on raw fleece, yarn, rovings, core yarn, dryer balls and rugs.

Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, for returning your item and/or to ship an exchanged item to you. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive an exchange, the cost to have it shipped to you will be charged to your credit card.

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Alpacas of Sunshine Farm is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
